Certificate Of Designation
On November 27, 2020, the Designated Maintenance Facility (DMF) by Pratt & Whitney Canada was officially inaugurated at Central Aerospace for Colombia and Ecuador, making us a company that provides comprehensive support to all operators with the aim of improving efficiency, productivity, performance, while maintaining total control, visibility, and traceability of aircraft.
The certification, delivered by Nicolás Restrepo from Pratt & Whitney Canada, valid until April 16, 2025, makes us the exclusive representatives for Colombia and Ecuador.
The launch of the Designated Maintenance Facility (DMF) was conducted over three days with the support of sub-officers and officers from the Armed Forces and National Police, where technical training on best practices was provided by specialist technicians from Pratt & Whitney Canada.
Additionally, the event was conducted following biosecurity protocols to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
Certifications
We are certified by the American aviation authority, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA); and in South America by the Civil Aviation Authority and the General Directorate of Civil Aviation (DGAC).
