We are a 100% Colombian aviation company that offers FBO, Aircraft Maintenance and Administration services, with a track record and experience of more than 43 years in the aviation industry.
Our history
On November 28, at the initiative of Hernán EchavarrÃa, the company was founded with the purpose of serving charter flights to oil companies.
We open our operations, offering administration and maintenance services to executive aircraft.
We acquired the Cessna certification as an Authorized Service Station in Colombia for aircraft maintenance.

We implement the FBO service with a passenger terminal, VIP lounges and migration and customs procedures to receive national and international flights.
We are authorized as the exclusive representative of Cessna in Colombia for Cessna Aircraft and Citation Jets aircraft.
We obtain the certification as a Repair Center from the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration).
2011
2003
We started operations at the Alfonso Bonilla Aragón Airport in Cali with a hangar, VIP rooms and offices. One year later, we inaugurated the new main offices in Bogotá
We renew our name to CENTRAL AEROSPACE SAS with the purpose of providing integral services for the operation, maintenance and solution of aircraft and aerospace.

We are certified by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation as an authorized Maintenance Organization for the Republic of Ecuador.
2015
2018
We acquired the CETA repair station from the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration).

We open Florida Aeronautic Solutions (FAS).

We obtained the certification from Textron Aviation as an Authorized Center in Colombia for aircraft maintenance.
2020
We became an authorized distributor of Collins Aerospace in Colombia.

Pratt & Whitney designates us as a Maintenance Center for PT6A Engines.
​
​We are designated as the only authorized Thales Repair Shop in Colombia.
